Great views from the terrace. However our room was tiny, very basic, old fashio!! Our view was of a street below which could be fairly noise at times!Apparently to have a more up market type of room it was a case of splashing more cash! Breakfast was a basic continental which was expected, though the coffee was not good (from a machine), so order a cappuccino and pay additional 3€. The reception staff seemed a bit abrupt with you when asking a question, but the rest of the staff were nice and friendly. Also hire a car as you are pretty much restricted where you are, otherwise you will pay extortionate taxi prices!! There is no bus on Sundays
This was a lovely hotel to enjoy the small, sleepy harbour in Massa Lubrense. Staff were friendly and restaurant was relaxed.
We paid for bed and breakfast. This was ok . Average range of food in the morning.... breads croissants yoghurt , cereals and apples and oranges.
We enjoyed finding different places to eat in the evenings. However, we did have one evening meal at the Hotel. It was a little overpriced for what we had but tasty nevertheless.
Our room was very clean but very basic. I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room but we would have had to pay extra. We had a nice balcony with a gorgeous view out to sea and over the pool area. It was in a great location to access the Marina Lobra and Massa Lubrense. Very hilly, which was ok for us as we could walk off the pasta and pizza!! But for some it would be too much. There are regular local buses to get you from a to b though.
Oceanview. Terrace view
Amalfi coast view. Capri view. What's next? Enjoy the life , people, food and what this place has to offer and don't compare to what you get at home cos this isn't your home. I heard so many complaints such as where's my shampoo and conditioner? Where the plush blanket? Where's the souvenir store? Where's the parking garage that's close by? Wow! Think of the way people live, work, eat and socialize here before you ask those silly questions.😂

Decent enough hotel. Close to Sorrento, but if you dont drive definitely take the bus from the top of the hill as taxis are extortionate and the bus is only a few euros. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but all in all the room was fine.

Beautiful setting, great views from the terrace. However our room was tiny, very basic, old fashion with an extra....ANTS in the bathroom!! Our view was of a street below which could be fairly noise at times, though the church bells ringing on the Sunday outside our room window was absolutely amazing!!Apparently to have a more up market type of room it was a case of splashing more cash! Breakfast was a basic continental which was expected, though the coffee was dire (from a machine). The reception staff seemed a bit abrupt with you when asking a question, but the rest of the staff were nice and friendly. Also hire a car as you are pretty much restricted where you are, otherwise you will pay extortionate taxi prices!!
This hotel has a lovely location and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The pool area is particularly nice. The standard rooms are very small and many don't have balconies, although they are attractively decorated and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the food was really disappointing, poor choice and quality, not the standard for a country so famous for its delicious food.
Rooms where as old as the hills. On arrival they gave us the wrong room as paid for a balcony wich was clearly on my paperwork. We had a ant infestation in our room, and all the reception said was it was because there was lemon groves near-by and there's nothing they could do. The pool area was about the best thing there, but no service maybe because I'm not Italian as I noticed. On a day we sat round the pool we went to get some lunch at 13.35 and were told it stopped at 13.30 and where promptly told there was nothing they could do and they didn't even have snacks. This was an out and out lie as the sign I noticed a day later said they served lunch till 14.00. Plus half an hour after we were told we couldn't have food the very person took food up to the pool area for other Italians. I don't know why they discriminate? Staff in general were very rude and unhelpful everything seemed to be a chor. The only redeeming quality at this place was the chef in the evening was very good food was fantastic shame again about the service. Would not advise anyone to stay here as it spoilt our holiday.
Hotel is great! Love the balcony room and view. Do not eat dinner at their restaurant! For 25€ we had powdered soup mix and roast pork that looked and tasted like it was from a TV dinner box. We didn’t stay for dessert (which was some apples and oranges), but probably met the previous experience. Waiters and staff are wonderful though! Wish they just had better food!
